MVSI July 2 to 12, 2008

To apply please complete the following two steps.

1. Course Preference form
Indicate which courses you would be interested in if accepted into the program.
Fill out and submit the course preference form.

2. Registration form
Download and complete the registration form (pdf).

Deadline: Admission is based on a first come first serve basis, thus make sure to get your application form in early.

Please mail your application and deposit of $400 to the address below as soon as possible. Make checks payable to "Northeastern University."

Send in your reservation early as there are a limited number of spaces available.
